Presses
The core activity of S.P.L. Industries is cold stamping of sheet metal. Our stamping department is equipped with 13 large presses, serviced by state-of-the-art 6-axis robots and coil feed lines up to 1,500mm wide. We specialize in transfer molds, tandem line molds, progressive dies, and manual molds.
Sheet Metal Department
The sheet metal department carries out the final phase of the production cycle before shipment. Where required, stamped parts are further processed by welding small components as specified in the design, such as screws, nuts, and cages, to deliver a finished product.

Maintenance Department
We rely on qualified personnel and a custom management software that allows us to handle the maintenance of equipment and machinery through detailed scheduling for both preventive maintenance and extraordinary maintenance reported by the Production-Quality departments. This organization enables us to ensure production continuity, product quality, and reliable supply. Supporting our maintenance efforts is a spare parts warehouse managed with a bar-code system interfaced with the management software, which is stocked with all critical spare parts for both molds and machinery.

Quality Laboratory
In today’s market, the Quality factor holds a primary and increasingly prominent position. By taking this parameter seriously in all production activities, S.P.L. Industries has established itself among the most prestigious leaders.
Logistics
The Logistics department is primarily responsible for storing finished products, following the FIFO (first in, first out) rule and managing JIT (just in time) deliveries. Additionally, it handles the arrival and storage of raw materials. A high-capacity tow cart is used to move molds in process to the presses.
